How long does shipping take?

I want you to have your product just as bad as you do! So, usually 1-2 processing days.

Once USPS receives it, normally no more than 2-5 days. If you’re shipping to Canada it will be longer. If you don’t have a tracking # from me in about 24/48 hrs send me an email and I’ll be happy to help!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If something is wrong with your product, please reach out to me and I’ll do what I can to help resolve an issue. Your satisfaction and feedback is highly important to me.

How long is the shelf life for a bar of soap?

We recommend using within six months but your soap should have a shelf life of up to one year.

How long does one bar of soap last when being used?

Your bar of soap does best when it can breath! So, after each shower use, let it air dry and you should be able to get close to two weeks with a single bar. Also, we ship bars wrapped so you can see the ingredients on each bar and it helps keep the bar safe when being transported, feel free to remove shrink wrap from your bar and enjoy the scent before being used!

***Lastly, only use soap bars for external use**** Facial bars and sensitive skin bars will be clearly listed on each product.***
